It helps it u have Hyper mobility and back pain. I wear mine to Bed cause I wear Corsets during the day. I have also been Steal bone corset training for 10 years. These hel with sleep. Cause i cant sleep in Corsets. And other shap wear Rolls and i wake up in pain.
