Understand this and you begin to understand Coinbase stance on clarity act. Ripples repeated backdoor deals selling billions of Xrp directly to banks and financial institutions not using exchanges to sell Xrp creating a unbalance in a fair market price and value of Xrp. Why have the exchanges or sell Xrp to retail public if Ripple is just going to manipulate Xrp? If Ripple does not correct this lawsuits are all that's left for Ripple.
