God it’s just a loop. Once I get to a point where I am respected and I no longer want or feel like being mean and I calm down, I just get the same shit again. But the problem is I don’t want to be mean but no one listens to anything until I get mean. But I hate being mean and I have such bad guilt. And the thing is, I’m not even being mean, I’m just holding up boundaries that no one wants to respect
