Because I swear I’ve noticed patterns over the years… Like certain specialties seem to have a certain type of person… a certain energy… even a certain stage of life. New grads tend to gravitate one way… Seasoned nurses go another… Moms… burnt out nurses… adrenaline junkies… It’s like your lifestyle, your stress tolerance, your life outside of work… all start influencing where you end up.
