Highly recommend period panties! Sounds gross but my periods went from 7-9 days with tampons to 2-3 days with period underwear. When I need the occasional tampon I notice more cramps and a longer period. I don’t know the science, but they’ve really helped xx

Mid-thirties girlie here 👋 please please actually do your self breast exams every month or so. It’s easy enough to do in the shower when you remember. I’ve had a couple friends diagnosed with breast cancer in their early to mid-thirties and early detection is SO important!

same 🫠 I feel like every time someone shares this kind of info it unlocks something new… there’s so much we were never taught about our own bodies. I remember feeling confused, dealing with symptoms and not knowing what was normal. it made no sense and I was so over it. I felt stuck trying to figure it out. then a girl in a healing group talked about Eat Like A Woman Protocol written by Loren Green and I gave it a try. within weeks I felt more balanced, more in control, dropped 30 lbs. honestly feels like hidden info.

My fear of toxic shock syndrome turned me on to menstrual discs and I only use a tampon in emergencies! They are incredibly chic IMO

I waited till I was 29 to go to the gyno and just so y’all know, it was soooooo much easier and softer than i expected. it was easy and sweet. they used a child speculum on request and i barely felt it. i wish id done it sooner. y’all got this !!! do the thing !!
