Was dating a guy for 2 months, seemed like we were both extremely compatible in values, lifestyle, vision, both said we were looking for a long term relationship. I perceived things to be going great and out of nowhere he ended things saying “we get along great and have so much in common but his gut was telling him to stop” (progressing things into a relationship). ghosted but didn’t block me. It wasn’t that he ghosted, it wasn’t that he met someone, I would have been happy for him tbh. But no, he didn’t block me. He knew how worried I was and chose silence without blocking me. Idk I think that offended me more than anything

I tried to cut ties because I felt our goals weren't aligned. He was hella inconsistent. He asked if I could see a future with him and if I wanted to see where things can go with him. I said I would be open if behaviors changed and expectations can be discussed. He then says he might be relocating for work or moving back to costa rica but doesnt plan to stay in the area. I ended it.

He got upset when I brought up things that bothered me, like how my family felt or how I wanted more effort from him. Instead of working through it, he pulled away and He ended up breaking up with me through text and then ghosted me, and I had to force a conversation just to get some kind of closure. That really hurt me and affected how I see relationships.

7 years ago. Relationship was 7 years of never being truly chosen. Just a placeholder from 20-27, never showed up for me, only entertained marriage when he knew I was ready to walk away. Final straw was him insisting on an 8am airport pickup from Dubai then bailing an hour before I landed bc of a headache 🙄 Heart sank into my ass and never came back up. Said my piece, he responded brutally. I never replied. He recently brought up catching up and giving it another try and never followed through. Still not fully over it and that's what gets me. But I always knew, if it wasn't him, I was done. So here I am 🤷🏻♀️

Looks bored during dates. Doesn’t ask me questions, not curious about my life. I feel he’s just not interested. I say let’s keep it casual. But he doesn’t want casual. He wants to see me all the time, wqnts dates and not just the physical stuff, wants me to go on vacay with him, wants me to be serious with him, and sends me reals about marriage.
