All stores did this, even mine. We open at 10AM for Easter and skipped breakfast because there would only be an hour left. She was probably there so early so that she could start opening. It takes a while, especially if there are only 2 people. She wasn't being rude, she was tired. The nicest person on shift in the mornings where I work sounds just like this.
