I been obsessed with my weight since 6th grade, I weigh myself every morning, Its the only way I can make sure I stay at a weight I am comfortable at! Being lean is always the goal unless you are in your having kids era which is when weight would not be a priority but beyond that stay locked in 💪🏾💪🏾

What is considered light weights for you? I am very conscious about what I put in my body and being active everyday and also strength training 4-5 days a week. I had a bicep tear repair and rotator cuff repair so I’m working my way back up to where I was strength wise prior to my injury and surgery. But I always wonder what is considered light weights (obvi it varies by person) but wondering what light weights for you is considered!

You don’t look emaciated, so I trust you. I loved the way body looked after 3 weeks of lifting. I call them the “snatched” weeks bc I’m not constantly inflamed from lifting.

Re: the weightlifting thing, once you’ve built up decent muscle from lifting it can be totally fine to drop right back and do lighter exercises for maintenance!
