Omg that’s sooo cool!!! I actually just turned in my research paper on this same topic!! I didn’t even think about using it as a tool when applying to ICU positions! Thank you for this video! Also side note haha Joseph Pilates inspired my paper 😆😆during WWI he helped injured bedridden soldiers regain strength by creating early mobilization exercises using springs attached to hospital beds

Our Hospital said they didn't hire new grads into ICU or ED, just to hear new grads were being hired into them. Hospitals need to be upfront about this shit, competition is good for everyone.
