Thank you so much for this video! This is going to be life changing. My chest felt heavy and as soon as I put my hand on my chest it started to soften. There were tears of feeling seen and comforted in a way I’ve been searching for. I’ve spent 38 years looking for that comfort outside and it’s been within me all along.
