The sending her son to pick something up for her was allowed when my dad was a kid. They would be sent with a note with a signature saying they were picking it up and the parent/guardian allowed it. Obviously the law has changed since the 1980’s but I think some people thinks it’s still allowed😐

Multiple times people would call and say that they lived in a town far away so they didn’t want to make the trip if we didn’t have something but I literally lived in that town it was 15-20 min away 🙄

I work in the same industry and we get calls asking if we do delivery for cash (we legally can't) or instructions saying to leave the delivery in the mailbox (also illegal)
