Short answer: Meta doesn’t have a general public phone number for customer service. You have to go through their Business Suite to open a support ticket. As of January 2026, the path is: go to business.facebook.com/latest/settings/, click the question mark icon at the bottom-left, click “Help,” then look for “Can’t find what you’re looking for?” with a “Contact support” button at the bottom of the help panel. Fair warning — getting actual help from Meta business support can be frustrating and slow, even if you spend significant money on their platform. If you’re running ads, you’ll generally get faster access to a real person since they prioritize advertisers. If the standard path doesn’t work, Meta Verified for business is another route that unlocks direct support — but that’s a paid subscription.

unfortunately there is no direct dial in number because their entire HQ is in Ireland! Even for dealing with time sensitive law enforcement issues where they reached out to my agency we couldn't call back directly we had to email them and wait for them to call us again

Been there. FB is great until you have an actual problem. I was never able to get ahold of someone and deleted the account. Tried to start another and was denied. That was the last time I was on Fb. I feel your frustration.
