Really sounds like user error. I’ve had an electric car for over 3 years and have driven across the country multiple times and never had an issue.

A client of mine ABANDONED his electric car and rented a car instead. He said he regretted ever buying an electric vehicle. They’re mostly good for commuters and within 100 mile radius use. Not road trips.
