Zoo membership is actually a big win, and cheaper then farms over the course of a year children are free with adult and we go all year round to all of the zoos. Edendale farm in Eltham is free. Cooking and baking at home. Gardening, nature walks creating bracelets with flowers and fairy houses with sticks and leaves. Art activities. Making things and costumes out of recycled materials. NGV and Ian Potter Museum. Local markets to explore and get a cheap eat and or groceries, can plan a dinner and shop with them. Libraries, they also often have kids activities. Bunnings often have kids activities for free. Picnics. Visiting friends / family. Kids yoga - YouTube have lots of great classes. We often have dance parties. Science and STEM based kids activities. That’s just top of my head past couple of weeks :)
