Been following your advice on training, macros and caloric deficit, and your recipes, and i’ve lost 8.5 pounds since end of February! Lost a total of 5 inches too. I’m 57, post-menopausal and probably have insulin resistance. Here to say, it’s totally doable! YOu’ve changed my life.
