I was told haka only collects foremilk tho and not hind milk so would need to be mixed still with a pumped milk fo it to have the fattiness/calories needed ??

wait doesn’t breast milk have a limit for how it can be out?? so if you’re doing it over 4 days, wouldn’t some of it be expired? no hate at all but i’m interested in this and just would like to know so i can do it😭😭 i have so much milk wasted in my shirts/bras
