It depends card issuer, website and even like the damn phase of the moon… lots of them have stipulations (won’t allow it) if the company is technically “overseas”.

It depends on the website most won’t use them or accept them because you can just put the dollar needed to start the trial and that’s it. They want an actual card so they can charge you.
