The dunlin is on John’s island on the Kiawah River. Kiawah island is a separate resort :)

I’ve stayed at three and I will rank them in order but all three were lovely. Blackberry Farm is just on another level from any other hotel. Post Ranch Inn has a gorgeous location and the Colony hotel is everything you want a Palm Beach hotel to be.

Honestly, skip Nemacolin. I would do the Greenbrier over Nemacolin due to the history of the Greenbrier (I’ve been to both). Neither are easy to get to

As a frequent visitor of Kiawah, Sanctuary is much better if you want a resort but I’d also just spend the money on an entire house w a pool on the beach!!! Dunlin is away from most everything.
