![#YUJI #MEGUMI - [SPOILER IN CAPTION] this song reminds me of how the two of them were opposites, clashing in beliefs yet that’s how they’re drawn to be close to each other. when yuji’s purpose of giving people a proper passing was challenged during shibuya, megumi reminded yuji about what he was so adamant about in the first place, urging him to keep fighting in execution arc after realizing what happened with nobara & seeing tsumiki. when megumi was done with everything, yuji had that flashback to a young megumi, the megumi who he hadn’t met before, who would have an unwavering belief in fairness for only those who deserved it. megumi was put against his beliefs through what happened to gojo and tsumiki when he was sukuna’s vessel- people he cherished deeply weren’t given a chance to have a proper passing. even in situations where they feel the least deserving, the other seeks for their willingness to keep going, despite their opposite beliefs. romantically or platonically, they complement each other well (don’t make it weird in my comments pls).
