ive been having bad nexplanon side effects and the only thing helping me is the otc birth control pills here in sk… it’s a pain to have to get it prescribed in the us 😭😭

I’d love to hear more about contraception in Korea. I came here with an IUD so I haven’t really had to talk about it with anyone but are other methods besides the pill available if you’re aware?

interestingly enough, they do have the mini pill in korea but it's prescription only. which I find interesting considering how many smokers there are here and how the combo pill is dangerous to smokers

When I was in the hospital they refused to give me any opioids for my pain even though I was screaming/thrashing around for days d/t sepsis 😭 They said they only give opioids to cancer patients.
