Now the accused has been found incapable to proceed in the state murder case, which means the normal state trial is stalled. That does not mean he is already free--he remains in federal custody and is still facing a separate federal case that could carry life in prison or death if convicted. But to a lot of people, the fact that this case may never move through a normal state murder trial is exactly why outrage is exploding right now. #IrynaZarutska
