@bellywanying: I’ve been using my Garmin for half a year now, and these are the 3 features I genuinely love about the Garmin Vivoactive 6!! 1. I love the sleep insights because they’ve made me a lot more aware of how well I’m actually resting, not just how many hours I spent in bed. I check it almost every morning, and it’s honestly become a little challenge for me to see if I can improve my sleep score by sleeping earlier and being more consistent. 2. It helps me train more intentionally. I used to go on runs and just push hard without really thinking about what kind of workout I was doing, which eventually left me more tired than anything. With my watch, I love being able to look at my heart rate zones because it gives me more context beyond just pace and distance, and helps me understand a run’s effort. 3. The battery life is such a big plus for me… I love that it lasts up to 11 days, which makes it so convenient to wear 24/7 without constantly worrying about charging it or having it die on me.
