@emmalanyi: - I wash my hair prob once every 4-5 days - I always double shampoo and will switch up what shampoos I use, when my hair is super dirty I like using the oui detox shampoo - I use a hair mask (amika soulfood and every 2-3 weeks the Kure bc it has keratin and can’t be often often) - a good hair oil and heat protectant is a MUST - I sleep in a silk bonnet EVERY NIGHT - once every two months or so I use the L’Oréal glycolic gloss on my hair to keep its shine! - diet is also important! I eat a high protein diet which I think helps (plus genetics obviously) #fyp #haircareroutine #hairtok
