Do not take statins. My Drs excuse was risk of stroke heart attack etc but then said it was purely because I am getting older!! Can't control that. Buy organic. cook your own food, no ready meals or take aways. Full fat milk, butter, eggs, red meat, tell him eat like his grand parents!!!!
