I got diagnosed with iih in October last year , went to the opticians as I was getting a lot of headaches turned into an a&e trip / lumbar puncture the pressure was so high , still a long road ahead for plans to manage my headaches / migraines but for now I’m on medication. I bought an eye massager of TikTok shop and it works wonders for my head to relieve the pressure around my eyes. I will need to try this too!

I worry about getting one of these caps as I find any pressure around my head causes a bad flare up, I can't even really wear like a wooly hat at winter or anything. Do they feel at all like they're squeezing your head?

Has your doctor discussed the Ajovy jab with you at all? I inject once a month and it’s helped me so much with my migraines

I use these for my migraines all the time, I put mine in the freezer, have two on the go so when the first one loses the cold i can swap them out till my heads more manageable. Also have one you put over your shoulders and neck for when the tension moves further down. Definitely recommend ❤️

I have a rotation of these for when I'm having a particularly bad wave. One of these from the freezer hits different though, especially when you can feel the pressure behind your eyes.!!

I would so love to know what your symptoms of IIH were/are, and how you got diagnosed! I’m currently battling with my neurologist about this, and every time I mention it, they just scoff at me and say it’s unlikely! I also have been diagnosed with hemiplegic migraines for 25 years!! I would appreciate any advice/info ❤️

I freeze mine 😭😂 literally one of the best things ive purchased for myself 😂😂 i take so many tablets, injections, nasal sprays but this hits different

Tip as soon as ur finished using it put it back otherwise when u need it it won't be ready and the freezer is even better
