Under 100 cals per serve! ✳️ Ingredients for Wet Ingredients: 1 Medium Egg 50g (1/4 Cup) Applesauce 42g (3 tbsp) Light Butter, Softened 4mL (1 tsp) Vanilla Extract (*optional*) ✳️ Ingredients for Dry Ingredients: 50g (1/2 Cup) All Purpose Flour 34g (1 Scoop) Vanilla Casein Protein Powder 5g (1 tsp) Oat Flour or Coconut Flour 72g (1/4 Cup + 2 tbsp) Granulated Sugar Substitute (I used Swerve) 6g (1 tsp) Baking Soda 1g (1/2 tsp) Salt 👉 you can also use whey/casein blend protein or PbFit ✳️ Ingredients for Mix-ins: 22.5g (1 1/2 tbsp) Chocolate Chips Extra Choc Chips if wanted (*optional*) ✳️ Ingredients for Topping (*optional*): Chocolate Chunks to Taste 👉 Everything that is optional is NOT included in da macros ✳️ Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. In one bowl, mix wet ingredients. In another bowl, mix dry ingredients. Add ingredients for mix-in to dry ingredients (*optional*). 3. Combine wet + dry and mix until smooth (and do not over beat the batter). 4. Spray a loaf tin with cooking spray. 5. Pour batter into loaf tin. Add ingredients for topping (*optional*). 6.
