Take advantage while they’re in season 🥰 Ingredients Salad • 1 cup green almonds, thinly sliced • 1 large head romaine lettuce, finely chopped • 2 Persian cucumbers, diced • 1 small bunch parsley, finely chopped • 1 small bunch mint, finely chopped • 1 small bunch oregano, finely chopped • 1 small handful arugula, roughly chopped • ½ small red onion, very thinly sliced • 1 pomegranate, seeds removed • ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled Dressing • Juice of 1 - 1 1/2 lemons (to taste) • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil • 1–2 tsp sumac • Salt, to taste Method 1. Prep the base Finely chop the romaine and transfer to a large mixing bowl. Add cucumbers, herbs (parsley, mint, oregano), and arugula. 2. Build texture Add the thinly sliced green almonds and red onion. Toss lightly to distribute. 3. Add brightness & richness Fold in the pomegranate seeds and crumbled feta. 4. Make the dressing In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and sumac until balanced—bright, slightly tangy, and well seasoned. 5. Dress & serve immediately Pour dressing over the salad and toss gently until evenly coated. Serve immediately as a side along with some protein. #salad #food #asmr #cooking #Foodie
