Ingredients I used: Blend: - 1 cup rava - 3/4 cup sugar In the same blender, blend: - 3/4 cup dahi/yogurt - 1/4 cup ghee Mix all together and add: - 1/2 cup wheat flour Rest for 20 mins and then add: - few drops of vanilla essence (or 1/4 tsp cardamom powder) - 1 tsp baking powder - 1/4 tsp baking soda Bake it in a kadhai keeping it covered /completely sealed.
