taco bell had ai answer the squawk box the last time I went and it helped me decide not to return. I think Wendy's may have done this the last time I went but I stopped going when they decided to raise their prices during lunch and dinner rushes. none of the food is worth the price And the unpleasant experience anymore anyways 😭

I had this exact same experience with a local Wendy’s the other day! The staff must have been able to hear me because they apologized to me because the machine was not able to answer my questions. 😅

Rally's did this and it was unexpected and not great either, then a person still had to be there to take my payment and get my drinks which seems like it defeats the purpose of the automated system. idk if they are still using it because I haven't gone back

The extra hilarious thing is, the robot gets things wrong pretty often and I've had an actual worker cut in to fix and finish the order! The robot needs to be babysat! It doesn't help anything! I always ask for a person
