@stephr.wong: Most developer content doesn’t fail because of the tech. It fails because of how it’s written! Too many teams lead with the product, over-polish the message, and strip out the technical depth - and lose developers almost instantly. Developers aren’t looking for a pitch, they’re looking for a solution. If your content sounds like marketing fluff, it’s already a red flag. If it lacks depth, it loses credibility. The fix is simple: Write like a developer, not like a consumer marketer. Start with the problem, keep the language real, go deep enough to earn respect. What’s the most cringey dev content you’ve seen lately? #StephYouShouldKnow #DevRel #DeveloperExperience #ContentStrategy #TechMarketing

Jason St-Cyr :
I do think it depends on who you are making the content for. For reaching out on awareness, this is great. But if you are talking to your existing users sometimes they want to hear about the product and what has changed (thinking API changes, new features, new ways of solving problems).
