If the famous curry place you went to was coco ichibanya, get the vegetarian sauce and order the chicken as an extra! I believe the original curry sauce contains beef products as it’s not beef free on their allergen menu online

I went with my aunt in March and we did the same as u, I WAS SO EXCITED that we were let in. Chef Pikachu came out straight away. I got the curry, the gengar smoothie (cause Gengar is my fave), the pikachu lemon drink and my aunt got the poke bowl cake along with the latte art. I’m a picky eater so I didn’t like a lot of the flavours but I didn’t care I WAS IN A POKEMON CAFE!

Can confirm the curry is pretty mid but nice enough. Did your food come out really quick? in Tokyo ours came out so quickly it definitely gave reheated vibes
