And this is why my household income of 210k before taxes where we live we can’t get a house. Still isn’t enough to buy us a 3 bed 1 bedroom house (doesn’t need to be huge) with a decent size yard (not huge) in mass. need to live close enough to Boston to commute by car or public transit (preferably T) in 45 mins or less. 400/500k gives you nothing. Even expanding out to 15-20 different towns lol.
