Oh, in Arabia, we often eat fresh almonds and dates (the latter also has a somewhat similar sour, fresh taste) with qishta tazjah (kind of similar to crème fraîche)

Miss my home in Palestine with the almond trees. This with some salt is the way to go! The inside “almond” reminds me of cucumbers
