Real oatmeal not pre-packaged oatmeal is very healthy for you. Oats themselves are one of the best breakfast carbs because they’re: • High in soluble fiber (beta-glucan) → helps lower LDL (“bad”) cholesterol and supports heart health • Slow-digesting → keeps blood sugar more stable and helps you feel full longer • Gut-friendly → feeds beneficial gut bacteria • Nutrient-rich → magnesium, iron, manganese, B vitamins. I like to add milk, raisins and walnuts. I use Xylitol for sweetness.

I disagree with this wholeheartedly. Comparing a high quality, sprouted, glyphosate free oatmeal that you add protein to, top w fresh fruit, etc. is very different from the boxes Quaker Oats packs that you seem to be describing.

Not true. Oatmeal keeps you full for a very long time. You always put fresh fruit in it. Banana, strawberries, blueberries. Dont forget the ground cinnamon, ground cloves, and nutmeg.
