I used to struggle with greasy hair so bad 😅 like it would look oily the next day no matter what I did… I tried different shampoos, routines, washing more or less, nothing really fixed it long term. it got so frustrating and I felt stuck. then in a women’s forum someone mentioned Eat Like A Woman Protocol by Loren Green. I followed it and things shifted—hair felt balanced, less greasy, and I lost 28 lbs. feels like something nobody talks about.
