And so years later it can be hard to speak on the matter even in a general sense because the fear still lingers in the present. To any and every survivor, speak up. Even if it’s just you and your journal, your voice notes app, or you crying in the mirror. Find somewhere where you can scream as loud as you can and cry as hard as you need to.
