Neautral —> Ebrake up —> Car off —> then put it in gear. This lets the ebrake hold the weight of the car with the gear as backup

When you park you car in a flat area doesn’t need to put in first gear you can use neutral even whit the gear on if you park your car up a hill it won’t help but if it’s down a hill so yea it helps so gear on when you park your car down a hill
