Ingredients: - 2 salmon fillets (about 4-6 oz each) - 1/4 cup soy sauce (low sodium) - 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup - 1 tbsp rice vinegar - 1 clove garlic, minced - 1 tsp ginger, grated - 1 cup broccoli florets - 1 cup cooked brown rice (or white rice) - 1 tsp sesame oil (optional) - sesame seeds for garnish (optional) Instructions: 1.
