I worked as a hostess for years. My GM once told me, remember your the first and last face the guest see. You have to always be pleasant, remember some people dine out all the time but to some this is the only experience they been looking for all year. Make it memorable

I’ve worked with Chef Sarah a few times at chicago gourmet. I opened Mad Social years ago down the street and had the pleasure of hosting her for dinner and she did the same for me at Monte Verde. Great chef, very talented. Food is amazing.
