Air Canada charged us twice for the same trip and still hasn’t refunded us almost a year later. Original ticket was paid by my mother-in-law. We were told to rebook last minute, so a new flight was charged to someone else. Same booking reference. Same passengers. Completely different payment. We were told the original would be refunded. It never was.

Thrift & Thrive | Budget Store :
HELP ME. I have been trying to get on to a customer service representative to get a refund for a flight that I did not take. The app refused to let me cancel or rebook. I visited the counters in Trinidad and Houston but no agent assisted me. I was given a card to call. I have been calling, sending emails, posting on social media platforms for 3 months but no help is being provided. Chatbots have me on hold for hours before hanging up on me. CAN SOMEONE from this airline PLEASE CONTACT ME. HELP ME.
