The problem is not the setup. The setup is very easy. The problem is that when you update, it forgets files; it doesn't merge correctly; it burns a lot of tokens every time; it forgets what files are already referenced and what files are not. It's a big mess. Graphify is a big mess.

Fun fact. Claude code will NEVER read an entire code base for anyone. So the token use is never for Claude doing the right thing anyway. It's like playing in your own $4!t.

Including external dependencies would be awesome. So if you have a platform with many go microservices for example, it would show the dependencies between them + visualize cross module execution paths

people just installing graphify and expect low token usage, it does not work that way, either you include in the chain loop so model will use it or you explicitly instruct model to use it otherwise use wrapper and create a chain loop instruction to use graphify when needed and update after using it. It wont work install and forget

Will it be condensing the context? Did you see any errors? I'm looking to reduce token use but I am hesitant. I have noticed that sometimes Claude code will change or remove code without permission.
