I titrated up to .75 after 3 weeks and whewww.. I lost 3-4lbs in that week because I couldn’t eat ANYTHING. I was so tired. Not worth it. Back to .5 lol

What's the difference between R3ta and Tirz dosages. I've notice people on Tirz use higher dosages than those on R3ta. I switched from 5mg R3ta to Tirz for stronger appetite suppression but not having much suppression on 5mg Tirz
