@ziptie.acre: Pause to read the video as needed but also: 1) Milk, measured in cups, heat until small bubbles coat the top or 190 degrees Fahrenheit. Stir it lots so it doesn't scorch. 2) Then stir in 1/2 Tablespoon Lemon Juice (or vinegar) per cup of milk. 3) Let sit for 15 minutes unbothered while curds form. 4) Strain curds through any tight weaved cloth (cheese cloth from Walmart is often too open of a weave and not great for this). 5) Add salt, spices, inclusions to taste. 6) Make your cheesecloth into a closed ball by holding the edges and squeeze out the whey. (If still too hot please wait and do this step later. It's easier when everything is warm but it will still work cold). 7) Press into a mold or container and allow to cool. 8) Enjoy #Milk #cheese #homesteading #homestead
