As an employee they no longer replace for free. It’s fashion jewelry so unfortunately it will tarnish with time, especially if it ever gets wet.

mine tarnished within like 2 weeks, it was real off the official website and haven’t bought one since. My claire’s necklace hasn’t tarnished yet and i’ve been wearing it 2 months 😭😭

It does tarnish but you can help it my washing with a jewlery clenaer or dawn and a toothbrush alot of that green can actually just be dead skin and product build up
