i headcanon that Venti himself tells who he truly is only to the important ppl im Mond ( some of em like Jean or Venessa asked it themselves & he just confirmed they were right ) and those he trusts like Varka Dahlia or seamus,& all of their generations knew and will know whos Barbatos too,only less important ppl arent aware or simply are in denial ( like Barbara, Nuns or average Mondstadter ) BUT if someone who shouldn't know/doesn't need to finds out they keep their secret simply because they are happy that their God is around and knows how happy Barbatos is believing that hes doing a great job hiding around average person. They are also afraid he might dissapear again if they would tell him the truth so they keep it to themselves<3
