A man's psychological safety is solely his responsibility. No one else cares. The moment you open up you will be judged and that level of knowledge of you will be used against you, crippling your character. And bottling up does not help either. Word of advice, Go to the gym and clear your head and look at the wonders it does to your body. Everything will fit into place once you focus on yourself.
