Marry Me Chicken Pasta 🔥 61g of protein and only 519 calories per serving. This might be one of my favorite pasta recipes I've ever made. Creamy, packed with flavor, and ridiculously easy to meal prep! You don't have to give up pasta to lose weight. You just have to learn how to make it work for your goals. INGREDIENTS: 3 lbs chicken breast 1 box (14.5 oz) protein pasta 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp paprika     1 tsp Italian seasoning 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper 3 cups cottage cheese 1/2 cup chicken broth 3/4 cup grated parmesan 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved 1/2 cup diced yellow onion 4 garlic cloves, minced 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes Fresh basil to finish INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook your protein pasta until al dente, then drain and set aside. 2. Dice your chicken breast and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning. 3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken until golden and cooked through to 165°F. Remove and slice. 4. In the same skillet, cook the onion until soft, about 4 minutes. Add cherry tomatoes, garlic, and sun-dried tomatoes. Cook until the tomatoes blister, about 5 minutes. 5. Blend your cottage cheese and chicken broth until completely smooth. 6. Lower the heat to medium. Pour in your blended sauce, then add parmesan and red pepper flakes. Stir until creamy. 7. Add your drained pasta and cooked chicken. Toss everything together until coated in that creamy sauce. 8. Simmer gently for 2 minutes, top with fresh basil, and enjoy! Divide into 8 containers for an easy, high-protein meal throughout the week! This is exactly why I love teaching nutrition. You can eat delicious food, hit your protein goals, and still lose body fat. Want more recipes like this?
