@theyouedit: If your doctor says your estrogen is ‘normal’… but you still feel off—read this. Low estrogen doesn’t always show up clearly on paper. It shows up as: • Fatigue • Hot flashes • Dryness (skin, eyes, vaginal) • Stubborn joint pain Getting “enough” estrogen on BHRT means: ✔️ You feel like yourself again ✔️ Your symptoms improve ✔️ Your levels are in a supportive physiologic range Not too low. Not excessively high. Just right for you. 💡 We treat the patient—not just the lab value. Comment “ESTROGEN” if you’ve ever been told your labs were normal but you didn’t feel it 👇 #womenshealth #menopause #perimenopause #hormoneimbalance #scottsdale

What about post menopausal - I’m 3 years post and just started .025 E patch - are there odd weird eye things that could occur? Not dry eyes either - just a little glossy and my eyelids are very heavy-

Question… so I am in perimenopause and was still having irregular periods, but as soon as I started continuous bio identical HRT 5 months ago, I stopped having periods. Are the hormones suppressing my cycle? Most women I know on HRT still have their period. Does this mean I have reached menopause if this stays this way for a full year?
