This really hits home for me brother. I’ve struggled with shame and condemnation my whole life even as a Christian who actively chases God every day. And yet, every time I mess up I’m met with so much love… there was one time where I decided to start praying like David, I started praying “Lord search my heart, and remove every offense in me and lead me in the way of everlasting” just like David prayed. I’d also pray for God to expose darkness within my heart and remove it. Months of praying this, and waking up early most mornings to seek his face and put him first in my day, I remember one morning I didn’t get up to put him first. Instead, I hit snooze. But during that time I was supposed to be in prayer I was having a dream about Jesus. I dreamed that I was on my way to my old hometown church with a girl in the front seat driving me her name was Alexandria. As soon as we parked at this church, I saw the sky begin to open up, and I knew Jesus was coming back, kind of like the rapture. As we sat there waiting for Jesus to come out out of the hole in the sky, lightning flashed out of the hole onto the ground behind the church. It was Jesus, but in the dream I didn’t know and I was confused, looking for him. He came up to my door where I was sitting on the passenger side. And he opened the door, and calmly said “follow me” so I get out of the car and I follow him to the end of the church parking lot. And there’s already a group of about 10 to 15 people there. As soon as I get there, he starts calling people out and exposing their sin. Immediately my heart dropped so bad. The first thing I got convicted about was my house being messy 😂 so I really thought he was finna call me lazy or something bc my house but right as I thought this, he called me by my name, He said “Lacelynn, your anger towards your , your husband loves you and does everything for you and you’re arguing with him.” he basically told me to stop arguing with my husband. And in the dream I was bawling my eyes out, but then he wrapped his arms around me and held me. I said “Lord I’m so sorry I’ve been praying so long about this anger” and He calmly said “I know” then I woke up
