So, I don’t think you’re understanding how it’s working with the 25s. SAs have lists with their clients, and the bags get allocated to list customers as they come in. If the bag was in view, it was likely bc it was finally someone’s turn for a 25 and she was coming in to get her bag that day. If you want a 25, get your name on an SAs list.

Trust me girl you don’t want a display bag, they tried selling me a classic flap display and nope didn’t take it. On the Chanel 25 get on the waitlist, they will not just offer a display Chanel 25.

It was likely already sold and they either had it on display until the client came so people can see OR it was sold and still allowed to be shown so clients could see it! Just me trying to think the best as a retail sales girl 🥰❤️

if it helps (as someone who shops at chanel a lot) it was probably on hold for someone. they don’t usually hold bags unless it’s for clients they trust and know will come in to pick it up. in my recent video they held the bag for almost a week for me which is definitely not usually allowed.

Black Mini 25 are some of the hardest bags to grab. I don’t think you understand how Chanel works. They WANT to sell you a bag, but this one of course was reserved for someone else.

Idk if it helps but I reserved a bag at LV and an associate put it out on display but my SA wouldn’t let anyone sell it until I came for it. Is it possible it was reserved?
